The principle of a team dynamic workshop is to hold up a mirror to the team, showing their impact on the business, on each other and ultimately, on the bottom line. Team Dynamics relate the to the interpersonal and interdependent process of work – how things get done, who does what and how team members relate to their tasks and each other.
