• 4- Will you execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

  Yes. MindMatch will take the utmost care to assure that your intellectual property are protected, but we do encourage the execution of a mutual non-disclosure agreement prior to any project initiation.

• 5- What is the fee for your service?

  a. Depending on the project and/or task, we charge a consulting fee on an hourly, daily or per project basis. We encourage an introduction meeting to scope the work, where after we will be able to provide a detailed quote and breakdown of the costing.

  b. Recruitment fees are based on a % of the annual cost to company of the successful candidates of which the rate to be agreed upon prior to the start of the recruitment
